I cannot run Research
Each Research action counts toward your remaining searches. Free members have a monthly cap. Paid plans that include Market Smart have a daily cap. The remaining count is shown at the top of Scout, Keywords, Trends, and Compare. Wait for the reset or upgrade a plan that includes Market Smart.
The result says it uses concept language
That means the reading is based on the idea (and any numbers you typed), not on marketplace sales data. It is still useful for comparing ideas. It is not a bug, and it is not hidden Etsy data.
Meters show dashes or look empty
Fill optional Scout fields (audience, price, cost, product type) and try a more specific phrase. A dash means “not enough data yet,” not a score of zero.
Trend Radar has no graph
Graphs appear only when there are at least three dated measurable snapshots. Qualitative chips (Rising, Seasonal, and the rest) still work without a graph.
Create Product sends me to become a seller
Research is open to signed-in users. Creating a Mascori product requires permission to sell. Finish seller setup, then try Create Product again.
I cannot save more items
Saved Opportunities has a maximum. Archive items you no longer need, then save again.
Compare will not run
You need two ideas. Queue a second phrase, pick a second recent research row, or tap Compare from another Scout result.
Printify cost is missing in Profit Check
That dropdown only appears if you already have Printify listings Mascori can read. Otherwise type the product cost manually.
Spanish labels look mixed
Switch the site language in the usual Mascori language control. Help articles have English and Spanish versions. Market Smart screens use the same language files as the rest of the site.
