This Privacy Policy explains how MASCORI, doing business as Mascori (“Mascori,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you use our website, marketplace, Business Directory, Academy, Magazine, artificial intelligence tools, prompts, memberships, products, and related services collectively referred to as the “Platform.”

By using the Platform, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

The information we collect depends on how you interact with Mascori.

Information You Provide

We may collect:

1. Your name, username, email address, telephone number, and mailing address.

2. Account credentials and profile information.

3. Billing, shipping, and transaction information.

4. Membership selections and subscription history.

5. Business names, descriptions, addresses, hours, websites, images, contact details, categories, and other directory information.

6. Vendor profiles, product information, tax-related account details, and fulfillment information.

7. Reviews, comments, messages, support requests, survey responses, and communications.

8. Prompts, reference images, files, instructions, and other content submitted to AI or creative tools.

9. Content you upload, publish, sell, advertise, or otherwise submit through the Platform.

3. Payments and Stripe

Mascori uses Stripe and may use Stripe Connect, Stripe Billing, or related Stripe services to process purchases, vendor transactions, recurring memberships, payouts, refunds, and other payments.
When you make a payment or create a payment-related account, Stripe may collect payment card details, bank information, identity information, tax information, contact details, and transaction data.
Mascori generally does not receive or store complete payment card numbers. We may receive transaction details such as payment status, amount, date, payment method type, billing contact information, subscription status, and limited card information.
Stripe processes information under its own privacy policy and legal obligations.

4. Artificial Intelligence and Uploaded Content

When you use an AI-powered feature, the prompts, instructions, images, files, and other materials you submit may be transmitted to AI technology providers or infrastructure providers needed to generate the requested output.
Do not submit confidential business records, financial account information, government identification numbers, health information, private information about another person, or other sensitive data unless a feature specifically requests it and explains how it will be handled.

We may process AI submissions to:

1. Generate requested content.

2. Provide and maintain the service.

3. Prevent fraud, abuse, and unlawful activity.

4. Diagnose technical problems.

5. Improve Platform performance where permitted.

Third-party AI providers may process information according to their own terms and privacy practices. Mascori will identify material third-party providers where required by law or reasonably practical.
AI-generated results and content intentionally published by users may become visible to others.

5. Public Information

Certain information is intended to be public, including:

1. Business Directory profiles.

2. Vendor profiles and product listings.

3. Reviews, ratings, comments, and testimonials.

4. Public usernames, profile images, and biographies.

5. Advertisements and promotional content.

6. Content that a user chooses to publish or share.

Public information may be viewed, copied, indexed by search engines, or shared outside Mascori. Do not publish information you want to keep private.
Removing content from Mascori does not guarantee that copies previously indexed, downloaded, or shared by others will disappear.

6. Cookies and Similar Technologies

Mascori and its service providers may use cookies, pixels, local storage, software development kits, and similar technologies to:

1. Keep users signed in.

2. Remember settings and preferences.

3. Operate shopping carts and checkout.

4. Measure traffic and Platform performance.

5. Understand how features are used.

6. Prevent fraud and improve security.

7. Deliver or measure advertising, where applicable.

Some cookies are necessary for the Platform to function. Others may be optional and subject to your consent where required.

Mascori does not disclose payment information or other personal information simply in exchange for money. However, certain advertising or analytics activities may be considered “selling” or “sharing” under some privacy laws even when no money changes hands.

9. Vendors and Directory Businesses

When you transact with, contact, or request information from an independent vendor or directory business, we may provide that party with information needed to respond to your request, complete the transaction, fulfill an order, or provide customer service.
Independent businesses may act as separate controllers of your information and maintain their own privacy practices. Mascori is not responsible for how an independent business uses information it receives outside our control.
Vendors and directory members may use customer information only for legitimate transaction, fulfillment, support, and legally permitted business purposes. They may not sell, misuse, or send unauthorized marketing using information obtained through Mascori.

1. Provide the Platform and maintain accounts.

Retention periods vary based on the type of information, the nature of the relationship, legal requirements, and operational needs.
Information may remain in backups for a limited period after deletion. We may retain anonymized or aggregated information that can no longer reasonably identify an individual.

Mascori uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information.
No website, database, or electronic transmission is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, and users are responsible for protecting their passwords and account access.
If we become aware of a data breach, we will provide notifications when required by applicable law.

12. Your Choices

Depending on the Platform features and applicable law, you may:

1. Review or update your account information.

2. Cancel a recurring membership.

3. Unsubscribe from promotional emails using the link included in those messages.

4. Adjust cookie choices.

5. Request correction or deletion of certain information.

6. Close your account, subject to legal and transaction-retention requirements.

Even after opting out of promotional messages, you may continue to receive transactional, account, security, or legal communications.
